Good morning Karen, Hope you are well in this cold, I wish I had something more tangible to give you for the caring concern I recognized in my hours of darkest need, Even as an adult I was terrified and very distraught. It was unreal to me, I kept changing because of the straight lies and dishonesty I was hearing, it took a long time for me to realize that it was a game played by the Insurance company to penalize people like myself who never rob them of anything. I should have realized from my son's prior proceedings. I was in pain for seven years with the five injury sites, and just wanted it to be over. You came to the hearing and sit with me, in that unfamiliar surrounding like a life line, and I will never forget it. I'm very relieved that it is finally over. I am not someone who gives up easily but I was willing to let it go for the sake of my well-being. Things were happening to me that I know I had to walk away. So I will be in touch, I hope people will see through the professional exterior to the wonderful caring individual who should not be characterized by the work you do, but to see the real human behind that exterior.
